Sharing the Joy with #KinderMom

Our 3 New Babies

With the busyness of everyone’s it’s not often that most of my family can get together where the kids can enjoy playing with their cousins while the adults enjoy catching up.  Easter was filled with a good spread of food, a full house of loving family, new additions and of course a few KINDER® Surprise eggs for dessert.  Easter is a time for celebrating life and being thankful for our loved ones.

One thing I love about being a KINDER® Ambassador is I represent a brand that goes out of their way to give back.  I’m proud to announce that KINDER® has recently partnered with the Children’s Miracle Network through their ‘A Joy to Share’ campaign, a campaign that celebrates the bonding moments between a mother and her child and supports the hospitals of the Children’s Miracle Network.  Unfortunately not all families are as fortunate to have healthy kids at home; many parents spend holidays with their sick children at the hospital.  Every time you purchase a KINDER® Easter product, you will help support the Network or you can make a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network directly by heading over to the KINDER® Canada Facebook page and clicking the donation link on the  ‘A Joy to Share’ campaign page.

When my 2nd daughter was born prematurely I experienced the incredible care that health care providers of the NICU pour their hearts into; holding the lives of our little ones in their hands and then returning to their own families at days end deserves nothing less than an immense amount of gratitude and respect.  Many of the mom’s I met and roomed with had been by their babies side every day from the day they were born, some months.  These mom’s had incredible strength and determination under the most uncertain and dire circumstances, no matter all the challenges they had on the road ahead.  If you head over to the Miracle Kids page at KINDER® Canada’s Facebook page, you will be able to read about how these “Hero Moms” made it through.

Luckily for us our daughter didn’t suffer any long term medical conditions, other than mild Asthma,

but many parents aren’t so lucky.  It’s through the donations of programs like the ‘A Joy to Share’ campaign that these Miracle Kids can and will continue to receive quality health care.  Will you show us why you care and share the joy?

“Disclosure: I’m part of the Kinder® Mom program and I receive special perks as part of my affiliation with this group. The opinions on this blog are my own.”
