Explore your Craft #Bloggers Connect with Brands at #SCCTO

Bloggers from all over Canada will be attending the 3rd annual She’s Connected Conference  (SCCTO) this October 19th and 20th in Toronto, ON, the #1 women’s social media conference in Canada.  A conference where bloggers can connect with brands, network with other bloggers that you see online regularly and learn how to build your brand social influence.

This year I was selected to represent the conference as an ambassador.  What does that mean, besides the ability to have my very own cute bobblehead? Being an SCCTO Ambassador comes with duties, like any other ambassadorship, one of which is to tell all of you aspiring to experienced bloggers all about what SCCTO has to offer.  All year long I have been building blogger and brand relationships, some which have become closer than others.  With considerable commonalities I consider many of these bloggers some of my best friends.  SCCTO is a conference where bloggers can meet up with those bloggers, and some brands, to network and grow those relationships.  SCCTO is all about having fun, networking, learning and building brand partnerships.  SCCTO is as diverse as you which means the planners have assured the conference will be even better this year with 2 full days to hands-on workshops including 10 break-out sessions; 10 sessions that will focus on the 5 pillars:

  • Lifestyle: Fashion, Beauty, Shopping, Design
  • Health & Wellness: Fitness, Healthy Living, Social Good, Green Bloggers
  • Business: Mompreneurs, Small Business Women, Financial Services, Social Media for Business, Technology & Apps
  • Family: Youth & Parenting, Multi-cultural, Retirement
  • Arts & Leisure: Food, Travel, Pop Culture, Books
There is something for every style of blogger.  To date, 90% of last year’s SCCTO sponsors are returning. With 97% of Canadian social conference discussion going on via Twitter, posts and videos being about ShesConnected, it’s no wonder tickets are selling fast.  To learn more about what SCCTO can offer you as a blogger or if your all set to purchase a ticket, go to the She’s Connected conference site.
Like the She’s Connected Facebook page and follow @scconference on Twitter with the hashtag #SCCTO for all updates and conversation about the conference, you’ll even see me and the other SCCTO Ambassadors tweeting now and then.  I would love to meet all of you in real life at the conference.  If you are planning on attending be warned, I probably won’t be wearing these glasses; I’ll be in my regular disguise as myself. 😉
