Eggs are a fan favourite around here; I think Baby Girl might just be the biggest fan. Just this morning Baby Girl had a request for scrambled eggs on pizza buns for lunch, a surprisingly tasty combination. While I was away at a conference over the weekend, she put in her request for egg burritos in bed. Diva. Let’s just say, she has her daddy wrapped around her little egg-loving finger.  There aren’t too many meals that go without eggs; my personal favourite is an over-easy egg on my bagel, or more recently I tried an egg-filled avacado…to die for! No need for artificial vitamin supplements; eggs are natures multivitamin. Include an egg in all your meals for an extra boost of protein and nutrients.
