Talking Healthy Recipes with #EggcellentRecipes Twitter Party Jan 28th

If you’ve been following along on some of my other blog posts or social media channels, you know that I have made the decision to start the year off right with healthier eating choices and….exercise. Gasp. Don’t worry, I’m not going all hardcore. Baby Ro is just about 10 months and I just want to feel good and more energetic; part of that is just adjusting ingredients in my favourite recipes. As a Burnbrae Farms Ambassador, I talk a lot about eggs and for good reason; eggs are one of the healthiest ingredients you can consume packed full of nutrients to give your body the right boost you need every day.

The recipe must promote healthy eating and use Burnbrae Farms shelled or liquid eggs. You don’t have to be a professional; we know that some of the best recipes come right from your kitchen.

The steps are simple:

1. Make your unique recipe
2. Take a photo of it
3. Post your photo and recipe HERE
