Cranberry Pecan Hasselback Sweet Potato Bake
There are a few side dishes that I always make for Christmas dinner and sweet potato bake is one. Partially because I love the candied flavour but also because it’s a bit of tradition going back as far as I can remember.
Sweet Potato Bake is Tradition
Christmas dinners have become a delicious spread of holiday entertaining recipes where everyone gets together for a few laughs, some reminiscing of holidays before and to enjoy leaving with a belly full of our favourite foods. I don’t think there is anything better than that.
This Hasselback Sweet Potato Bake has a sweet candied flavour with a bite of cranberries and pecans; the combination of colours and flavours makes me happy just to look at.
Hasselback Sweet Potato Bake is an easy side dish to make; it takes little time to put together and only a few ingredients. Have it ready ahead to pop in the oven about 40 minutes before your supper.
