Sweet Chili Meatballs

- 2 lbs lean hamburger
- 1 can 348ml cranberry jelly sauce
- 1 jar 455ml Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup dried parsley
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp dried onions
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry jelly, chili sauce and lemon juice and bring to a boil, stirring until smooth then set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Shape balls into 1" rounds and place into a 9"x13" baking dish.
- Pour chili sauce over the top and bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or over a bed of rice as a meal.
