  • 2 lbs Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Extra Lean Ground Chicken
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup jalepeno cheese, cubed small
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla nachos
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced & sautéed
  • Monterrey Jack cheese, sliced
  • Cream cheese, sliced or spread
  • Pineapple rings
  • Spinach
  • Grilled Corn Avocado Salsa (recipe on the blog)
  1. Mix first 8 ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Shape into burger patties large enough for the buns you'll be using and sear about 10 minutes each side on the grill or in a frying pan.
  3. Dress your bun with the remainder of the ingredients and enjoy with your favourite side.
