Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup oil
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup sour milk
  • 2½ cups all purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Mix butter, oil and sugar and add eggs one beating after each.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Spray a 9" x 13" pan with cooking oil and place batter into pan.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter.
  5. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 325 degrees F. for 40 - 50 mins. Insert a toothpick into the centre to check if the cake is done.
  6. Cool completely and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
