Crab Tartlets #HolidayAppetizers

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups grated swiss cheese
  • 1 can of crab meat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 60 frozen mini-tart shells (30 regular size)
  1. Beat eggs in a medium bowl until frothy. Add next 3 ingredients. Stir well.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients; stir well.
  3. Place tart shells on ungreased baking sheet. Spoon cheese mixture into tart shells.
  4. Bake on bottom rack at 350 F. for about 40 minutes until cheese mixture is set and the tart shell edges are golden brown.
