Teriyaki Steak Bites

  • 1 lb sirloin beef, cubed
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • 1 package Ginger Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Satay Sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  1. Cut sirloin into 1" cubes and put into a bag that can be sealed.
  2. Mix honey, ginger teriyaki sauce and peanut satay sauce in a small bowl, setting ¼ of the sauce aside for basting.
  3. Pour remaining marinade into bag with the steak cubes and massage bag to cover meat cubes thoroughly, placing in the refrigerator for minimum of 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  5. Place marinaded steak cubes onto an ungreased baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook at 425 F. for 8 minutes each side, basting with the marinade sauce you set aside earlier at the halfway point and again right before they are done.
  7. Plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and slivered green onions for garnish and serve with appetizer sticks.
