Lunchbox Meals – Week 1

  1. Chicken Noodle Soup with crackers
  2. Bran chocolate chip muffin
  3. Peaches in sauce
  4. Sliced cucumbers
  1. Whole Wheat Chicken and Ham Pita – Deli ham slice, deli chicken slice, baby spinach leaves, slivered carrots, sliced cucumbers, cheese slice, tomato, ranch dressing, mayonnaise and mustard.
  2. Bite size strawberries with grapes
  3. Bran chocolate chip muffin
  1. Grilled Chicken Salad – Chicken breast, baby spinach leaves, yellow pepper diced, sliced mushrooms, slivered carrots, shredded cheddar cheese with ranch dressing
  2. Bite sized cantaloupe
  3. Vanilla yogurt
  4. Oatmeal Crisp Cookies (not pictured)

  1. Ham and Cheese Wraps – Flaked ham, cheddar cheese, pepper, mayonnaise on whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Cucumber Tomato Salad – Diced cucumber, diced tomato and lemon dill seasoning.
  3. Vegetable Medley – Raw broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, olive oil, parsley flakes, dash of sea salt
  4. Fresh Apple

  1. Egg Salad Sandwich – Hard boiled eggs, diced celery, mayonnaise, dash of pepper, dash of sea salt, 1 tsp of mustard, 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle juice on whole wheat bread.
  2. Cottage Cheese – 1% cottage cheese, dash of pepper and sprouts.
  3. Sliced Dill Pickles
  4. Fruit Salad – Kiwi, strawberries, grapes, blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, 1 tsp of lemon juice.
