Have you started the 30 Days of Play Challenge with Lego DUPLO yet? With the success of the #LegoDUPLO Twitter party last night this campaign is off to an amazing start;#LegoDUPLO was trending in the #2 spot in Canada; can you believe it?! The best part is that 6 of you who joined us were lucky enough to win $150 Lego Duplo prize packs to help you get started in the challenge. If you want to learn more about this challenge, read my post from yesterday HERE. Did I mention you can have a chance to win a trip for 4 to LegoLand in California OR Florida? Now that’s just one more reason to get your play on.
Pictured above is our first challenge with Baby Girl, the Peek-a-boo challenge. Of course I had a hand in helping her build the wall but she is learning her colours very quickly. Of course her favorite part was throwing pushing the puppies through the window and tearing it down after. The challenge for me was to capture this picture before she was up again trying to rip apart our creation.
This peek-a-boo tower she did mostly by herself with the help up Hubs. I love that she thought to put everything on the elephants back; the little peek-a-boo window was cute to watch her try to peek through.
One of the most inspiring features of this challenge is that for every comment or share via facebook, twitter or email that you complete, Lego Duplo will donate toys to Make-A-Wish Canada! Where do you do this? At the bottom of each day of the challenge, you will see this box. Just fill it out, tweet, facebook or email and every time you do so, you will see the donation amount rise. Please help us reach the goal of $8000 in toys to be donated to the Make-A-Wish foundation.
Remember you can follow my days of play on Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and InstaGram to join us in our play and if you like our pictures, I would love if you would use the Pin It buttons above to post to your Pinterest boards. 🙂 You can join the challenge too and take a look through all participating Canadian Moms play ideas by using the hashtag #LegoDUPLO on Twitter.
