New Peeps More Chicken and Thermos Sweeps

A year has already gone by since I was asked to be one of the first Chicken Farmers of Canada Brand Ambassadors.  It was an amazing program to be apart of in 2012 and I am more than excited to announce that I have been asked to continue on as part of the team for 2013.  There are many new and exciting plans in store for this year, including the usual tasty chicken, great conversation and health tips.  If you have attended one of the chicken twitter parties, you already know how much fun chicken talk can be and if not, I highly recommend you join us for guaranteed fun and a few laughs. 1. My New Years resolution is to not eat out. We usually eat out three to four times a week because of our work schedules and it is just easier to pick something up on the way home. I hate eating out and it is so expensive. Since the New Year we have only eaten out one time!! This is a huge change for us. I now actually like coming home and cooking. It doesn’t take as long as I thought it would, the meals taste so much better and I feel really good when I present my meal!! My phone is full of pictures that I’ve taken of the homemade meals that I’ve made. People are so surprised that I actually cook now! I’m proud of myself 🙂
