Tangled Visits Disney Junior May 18th

Having 3 princesses in the house has meant for a lot of time spent playing dress-up, princess games or princess themed treats. Many a Halloween has been primping crowns, spraying sparkle dust in hair and ensuring a princess is always dressed to the nines. Not so secretly I’ve enjoyed these moments just as much as my girls have; like many moms I’m a princess at heart. As a Disney Junior Mom, and a princess enthusiast, I am excited to announce the news that one of our favourite princess movies, Tangled, will be premiering on Disney Junior Canada May 18th at 6 pm ET. We’ll be setting our PVR’s, ready with snacks in laps and bedazelled princess garb.

One of my favourite scenes is the precious moment between Rapunzel and Flynn during the lantern ceremony. Flynn struggles to resist his feelings for Rapunzel and her sweet innocence. Tangled is one movie Baby Girl will sit through from beginning to end without bouncing off the walls. To celebrate Rapunzel’s appearance on Disney Junior next Saturday, we will be preparing princess crafts and a feast fit for a princess.

· Sofia The First:
On Sunday, May 19 at 11:30am ET, the Sofia the First episode “Baileywick’s Day Off” will premiere! Baileywick’s day-off is frustrated by demands from Sofia, Amber and James until the royal siblings learn an important lesson in gratitude.
Don’t forget to set your PVR’s Saturday, May 18 at 6pm ET for the premiere of Tangled. We’ll be whipping up a little snack of popcorn, apple slices on peanut butter rice cakes in the shape of flowers and pink lemonade to ensure my princesses will be well nourished. What kind of treats will you be snacking on?
